New construction of a multifunctional house with fire station
The multifunctional house has a full basement and has two floors (ground floor and upper floor). this part of the building is built in masonry with
prestressed reinforced concrete slabs.
Adjacent to the multifunctional house is the fire brigade equipment house, which is to be built in steel construction. The building envelope (walls and ceilings) of the
Fire station is to be clad with sandwich panels.
Multifunctional house and fire station have a flat pitched monopitch roof.
Between the multifunctional building and the fire station, a single-storey connecting building in solid construction was built, with a
walkable flat roof.
