In most Tenderlake Plans we offer two types of accounts (logins) within a Tenderlake Workgroup: Primary and Pro. Below is an overview of what each account type can do.

Primary Accounts – Full Configuration Control

What A Primary Account Can Do:

• Configuration of Workspace - Workgroup
• Create, modify, and delete AI Searches
• Create, modify, and delete Demand Signals
• Create, modify, and delete keyword searches, folders, Microsoft Teams/Slack connections, email lists, and automated notice distribution.
• Create, modify, and delete reports (awards and contract-end).
• Administration Tasks
  • Share folders with Pro users.
  • View and respond to requests from Pro users.
  • Configure the distribution of notices (manual or automated).
  • Export the results of interactive searches.

Who should have a Primary Account:

• Anyone who creates and maintains keyword or (non-personal) AI Searches.
• People handling daily distribution of notices or configuring distribution.
• Anyone who creates or views reports.
• Anyone who needs to export search results.

Pro Accounts – Reduced Access

What A Pro Account Can Do:

• Access & Visibility
  • Subscribe to folders shared by Primary users.
  • View AI Assessments, Demand Signal Assessments & Procurement history.
  • Provide relevance feedback on notices, powering recommendations.
  • Raise requests to Primary users regarding specific tender notices.
• Personal AI Search
  • Create and maintain an individual AI search based on individual skills and expertise.
  • Receive tender opportunities tailored to their professional background.
  • Personal AI Search operates independently of the workgroup AI quota.

Who should have a Pro Account:

• Individuals who need access to relevant tender notices but do not require administrative privileges.
• Consultants, specialists, and team members who want an AI-driven search tailored to their expertise – notices that perfectly match their experience and skills.
• Anyone who wants automatic opportunity discovery without altering global search configurations.

Benefits of Pro Accounts

• Reduce Configuration Risk: Pro users cannot accidentally alter the Workgroup setup.
• Personal AI Search Autonomy: They can maintain their own profiles and updates, saving time for Primary users.
