At the start date of the consultation, 172 high schools in Hauts-de-France wish to participate in the project, 121 of which will be equipped with distributors. These establishments are listed as an appendix to the PAC. It also involves distributing four types of products in voluntary high schools free of charge: periodic towels, panty liners, tampons with applicator and without applicator. The notification of the market is valid for the lease of 128 distributors as listed in the annex to the PPC. The market is processed at unit prices on purchase orders; the maximum amount is set at EUR 416 000 excl. VAT per 12-month period.
