New construction of a cultural and sports hall, TGA planning, service phase 1 - 9, § 53 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021

The municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid intends to build a new sports hall for cultural and sporting purposes. The focus here is on extracurricular use.

The planning services to be provided include the basic services of MEP planning (cf. LPH 1-9 in accordance with § 54 HOAI), which are commissioned in stages, as well as special services that are optionally commissioned.
