The object of the order is: the implementation of a comprehensive service - supervision of the district heating economy on the territory of military complexes in Grójec, Minsk Mazowiecki, Białobrzegi, Modlin, Olszewnica, Borzęcin, Książenice, Sochaczew, Celestynów, Radom.

The Ordering Party divided the order into thirteen parts.

Complete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of military compl. in Grójec:

a) Gas boiler house in bud no. 42 (boilers: steam RPN 800-0,5 MPa - FAKO RUMIA, water RWT 680 kW — FAKO RUMIA, water RWT 850 kW — FAKO RUMIA, with automation FAKO RUMIA and Riello burners),

b) Pre-insulated networks c.o., c.w.u. and pairs with a diameter of Ø25 ÷ Ø100 with a total length of approximately 3792

m. b. together with junction nodes in buildings no. 4, 8, 13, 17, 23, 34, 35, 36, 37.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complete service (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of military compl. in princenice:

a) Gas boiler room in build no. 5 (2 pcs of boilers Viessmann type VITOCROSSAL 100 with power of 280kW and 240kW each).

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complete service (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in Celestine m:

a) Gas boiler house in bud no 18 (WAGNER type WK 100 boiler with a power of 100kW),

b) Gas boiler house in bud no. 22 (3 pcs of boilers WAGNER type WK 800 with a power of 800kW each) together with a solar system supporting the heating of c.w.u.,

c) Pre-insulated networks of approximately 1100 m.b. including junction nodes in buildings no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 34, 51.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

c) Interchanger W-3 in build no. 30 (power per c.o. and c.w.u. 1666kW)

d) Interchanger W-4 in build no. 39 (power per c.o. and c.w.u. 1100kW)

e) Interchanger W-5 in build no. 92 (power per c.o. and c.w.u. 766kW)

f) Interchanger W-6 in the building no. WKU (power per c.o. 104kW), seasonal.

g) Heating networks made in traditional and pre-insulated technology with a total length of approximately 11 000 m2

b) Oil and gas boiler house in bud no. 34 (boiler Buderus Logano SK 725 with power of 1070kW and boiler Buderus Logano SK 625 with capacity of 530kW),

(c) C.o. and c.w.u. preinsulated networks of 2642 m.b. and traditional with 232 m.b. along with junction nodes in buildings no. 6,21,27,28,33,29,36,38,44,54,69, 70,71 and external uterrestrial gas installation of 112mb.

(a) LPG gas boiler house no 86 (3 pcs. Viessmann type VITODENS 200 boilers with a power of 114kW each)

b) Oil and gas boiler house in bud no. 65 (2 pcs. Viessmann type VITOPLEX 200 boiler with a power of 1100kWi 900kW and Viessmann VITORADIAL 300 boiler with power of 188kW),

c) C.o. networks with pulsed alarm system IPS and c.w.u. preinsulated with a total pipe length of 4570m (c.o. — 3577m, diameter range DN20÷150, c.w.u. — 993m, diameter range DN20÷63) together with connection nodes in buildings (c.o. 25 pcs. .w.u. 6 pcs.)

(a) Exchanger in build no. 372 (power per c.o. 580kW, power per c.w.u. 20kW),

b) Oil boiler room in bud no 273 (2 pcs. Viessmann type VITORADIAL 300-T VR3 with power of 245kW each) with a pre-insulated c.o. network with a length of 332 m.b., seasonal,

c) LPG gas boiler house in bud. 354 with a total power of 198 kW (cascade of two boilers Viessmann VITODENS 200-W), seasonal.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in Olszewnica:

(a) Solid fuel boiler house no 1 (2 pcs of ECA IV type water boilers of 436kW and 270kW and ECA IV steam boiler with a power of 140kW).

The place of service will be the closed area, therefore, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Act of 05.08.2010 on the Protection of Classified Information (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 742) — all persons entering the area of the military compl. in Olszewnica must have the authority to access to classified information at min level. “PROPRIETARY”.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of military compl. in Borzęcin:

a) Gas boiler room in build no. 3 (2 pcs of boilers Viessmann type VITOCROSSAL 200 with a power of 170kW each),

b) Pre-insulated networks c.o. and c.w.u. with a length of 968 m.b.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complete service (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in the princely Musuły:

a) Oil boiler room (boiler BUDERUS LOGANO type GE 15 with capacity 295kW),

b) Preinsulated network c.o. with length 640 m.b., seasonal.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complete service (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of military compl. in Sochaczew m:

a) Oil and gas boiler room in bud. 15 (3 pcs of boilers Viessmann type Vitoplex 100 with a power of 1350kW each),

(b) Pre-insulated networks of approximately 3888 m.b.,

c) Oil and gas boiler room in bud. 89 (2 pcs of Viessmann type Vitoplex 200 SX2Ao power 350kW each) together with a solar system supporting the heating of c.w.u.,

(d) Pre-insulated networks with approximately 2220 m.b.
