Management of the catering facilities at 4 locations of the SWU Stadtwerke Ulm / Neu-Ulm GmbH in the Ulm area. The scope of management includes fresh production of hot and cold dishes, including delivery to 3 decentralized locations. Furthermore, depending on the respective location, the following management scopes have to be provided: breakfast supply, intermediate catering supply, kitchenette and conference supply, implementation of special events as required.

The gastronomic service includes independent management, organization and administration of all relevant management areas, including the following scope (cf. per location):
