Operational agreement for the hire of Health express and buses.

The operational agreement shall cover the at any given time need for health express and bus at Østfold Hospital during the agreement period.

The following needs shall be covered:

— Health Express.

The specially adapted tour bus equipped as a transport ambulance with stretcher/wheelchair lift. The bus will be serviced by authorised health personnel (employees of Østfold Hospital) in addition to drivers employed by the tenderer.

The bus shall have 2 compartments:

— Seating compartment: In the front of the bus there shall be seating.

— Medical compartment: In the back of the bus there shall be a section that has space for stretchers.

— Health Bus.

Tour bus without stretchers, but comfortable seats. The bus should be serviced by authorised health personnel and a driver, both of whom are employed by the tenderer.
