Contract for the supply of 6 Electric Buses, class I, "normal urban" size between 10 and 10.99 meters in length and full service maintenance service.

The contract provides for the supply of 6 (six) new factory buses, class I, full electric, size class "Urbano Normale" with a length between 10 and 10.99 meters, low-floor, equipped with equipment suitable for the transport of subjects with reduced mobility or non-ambulatory, and, in any case, complying with the European Directives and regulations in force at the time of delivery of the buses and the assistance and maintenance service of the "full-service" type.

Each bus supplied must have the mandatory minimum technical characteristics listed in Appendix A; it must be equipped with the mandatory and optional technical characteristics referred to in the Determination of the Manager of the Puglia Region – Sustainable Mobility and Supervision Section of the LPT n.2 of 26 January 2023, published in the Official Bulletin of the Puglia Region n.12 of 2/2/2023 and be carried out in accordance with current regulations. All products supplied must be new from the factory and free from defects and defects that affect their normal use.

With regard to the Full Service maintenance service, the Supplier must sign with the Company operating the TPL - S.G.M. - a contract for the provision of the full service maintenance service of all the buses to be supplied, containing the specifications referred to in the Special Descriptive and Performance Specifications. The full service maintenance service must be active for each bus from the date of delivery for a period of 15 years or until the achievement of 675,000 km of travel for each vehicle. The first limit reached excludes the other.

As part of the supply, the contractor must also train the staff of the company operating the urban public transport of the city of Lecce for the correct use and maintenance of the buses according to the procedures provided for in Article 6.5 of the special descriptive and performance specifications as well as to provide warranty and after-sales assistance with the requirements of Article 8 of the special descriptive and performance specifications.
