New construction of a multifunctional house with fire station
The multifunctional house has a full basement and has two floors (ground floor and upper floor). this part of the building will be built in masonry construction with prestressed reinforced concrete ceilings. Adjacent to the multifunctional house is the fire brigade equipment house, which is to be built in steel construction. The building envelope (walls and ceilings) of the fire station is to be clad with sandwich panels. The multifunctional house and fire station have a flat pitched pent roof. Between the multifunctional building and the fire station, there is a single-storey connecting building in solid construction with a walkable flat roof.
