Enforcement and associated services for The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead divided into the following four lots -

Lot 1 (Compliance Management and Associated Services) - including staffing of the Compliance Management Operation and the provision of an Enforcement Agent Service.

Lot 2 (Compliance Management Technology and Associated Services) - including PCN issue and progression, evidence review, permit management, interfaces and reporting.

Lot 3 (Moving Traffic Contraventions Enforcement System) - including equipment to observe locations and produce evidence packs of vehicles in contravention.

Lot 4 (Environmental Enforcement and Additional Services) - including the provision of a service to staff an enforcement service (Litter/dog fouling/pavement licensing) and provide the back office system to progress cases.

Compliance management and associated services to include parking enforcement and debt collection.

Compliance management technology and associated services, including PCN issue and progression, evidence review, permit management, interfaces and reporting.

Moving traffic enforcement technology, including equipment to observe locations and produce evidence packs of vehicles in contravention.

Environmental and highway enforcement services, including the provision of a service to staff an enforcement service (litter/dog fouling/pavement licensing) and provide the back office system to progress cases.
