The subject of the contract is: Design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization / reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station at ul. Przechodnia in Skierniewice, in the following industries:
- construction and building together with land development,
- technological,
- electricity with automation.
In accordance with the requirements of the functional and utility program, hereinafter referred to as [PFU]. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the ToR - Functional and utility program (PFU) called "Modernization / reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station at ul. Przechodnia in Skierniewice "developed by Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji" Wod-Kan "Sp. z o. o., elaborated on: updated September 2019. Employer, based on art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities in the field of the contract: earthworks, assembly, general construction and installation.
1. The subject of the contract is: Design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization / reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station at ul. Przechodnia in Skierniewice, in the following industries:
- construction and building together with land development,
- technological,
- electric with automation,
in accordance with the requirements of the functional and utility program hereinafter referred to as [PFU].
1.1. Performance of the subject of the contract will consist of:
1) development of complete design documentation for the modernization / reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station, including:
- the Contractor obtaining data and input materials for design (including maps for design purposes, excerpts from the land register),
- preparation by the Contractor of all project studies required for the implementation of the investment in the scope and form specified in applicable regulations and functional and utility program (hereinafter PFU)
- obtaining by the Contractor all required conditions, approvals, permits and administrative decisions from external institutions and making all arrangements related to the execution of project documentation,
- obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of and for the Employer a final building permit decision;
2) comprehensive execution of construction works, including modernization / reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station together with the necessary technological facilities, including:
- obtaining by the Contractor all required approvals, permits and administrative decisions from external institutions and execution of all arrangements related to the implementation of construction works,
- introducing temporary traffic organization, marking and securing the construction site and maintaining it in good condition by the day of final acceptance,
- execution by the Contractor of preparatory, demolition, earth, technological and assembly, general construction and cleaning works related to the modernization / reconstruction of sewage pumping stations,
- reconstruction by the Contractor of the existing road surface pavements violated in accordance with the conditions of the road administrator, to the so-called "Passability" in accordance with 2.3.19 and 4.1.3. PFU,
- providing geodetic and geotechnical services during the implementation of the investment,
- keeping construction documentation in accordance with the Employer's requirements,
- performing all necessary examinations, tests and verifications in the course of carrying out construction works and during acceptance activities,
- performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works,
- developing and handing over the acceptance documentation to the Employer in accordance with the Employer's requirements,
- providing the Employer with the documents necessary to notify the competent authority about the completion of construction works or to obtain the permit for use from the competent construction supervision authorities;
3) performing free warranty inspections during the warranty period and removing any defects, faults and damage resulting from improper performance of the subject of the contract, on the terms described in the contract with the Contractor.

When choosing the most advantageous bid, the contracting authority will apply the following criteria:
a) criterion "gross price of the offer" (C) - weight 60%;
b) criterion "warranty period" (Og) - weight 40%.
