The subject of the contract is provision of capacity for duty car rental services in Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Romania and Slovakia, including branding of vehicles.

FRONTEX will conclude a single framework service contract (FWC) with the selected candidate for duty car rental services in Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Romania and Slovakia, including branding of vehicles. The duration of the contract is 24 months with the possibility to prolong it maximum two times, each time for a period of 12 months and on the same conditions unless one of the parties informs the other of its intention not to extend the framework contract and such notification is received by the party to which it is addressed, no later than 3 months before the contract expires. The overall duration of the framework contract may in no event exceed four (4) years.
