a) Gas boiler room in bud no. 16 (2 pcs Viessmann boilers type VITOPLEX 100 with a capacity of 500kW and 620kW and Viessmann boiler type VITOPLEX 200 with a capacity of 90kW),

b) Gas boiler room in bud no 112 (2 pcs Viessmann boilers type VITOPLEX 100 with a capacity of 780kW and 950kW and Viessmann boiler type VITOPLEX 200 with a capacity of 90kW),

c) Oil boiler room in bud no. 50 (boiler Viessmann type VITOROND 100 with a capacity of 80 kW),

b) Networks c.o., c.w.u. and c.t. preinsulated with a total tube length of 4982 m together with connection nodes in buildings no. 2,7,8,9,10,11,18,64,166,167.

a) Oil and gas boiler room (2 pcs of boilers Viessmann type PAROMAT SIMPLEX with a capacity of 895kW each),

b) Traditional network with a length of 2800 m.b. and gas length 572 m.b.

The place of performance of services will be closed area, therefore, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Act dated 05.08.2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2019r, item 742) — all persons entering the military compl. in Warsaw, Leśna Street must have permission to access classified information at the min level. “PROPRIETARY”.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

Complex operation (supervision of the heating management and removal of the occurrence of failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex 9 to SWZ) in the area of compl. Military in Warsaw, Kajakowa Street 8: Gas boiler room (2 pcs. Viessmann boilers type PAROMAT SIMPLEX with a capacity of 1120kW each).

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the object of the contract — Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
