The contracting authority is seeking to enter into a 4-year framework agreement arrangement in respect of 10 lots dealing with responsive and void property maintenance in support of its direct labour operations and directly awarded contracts. Between 2 and 6 providers will be appointed onto each lot. Bidders may submit for multiple lots and works to be undertaken during the duration of the framework will be called off via direct award to the topped ranked bidder on the relevant lot.
