Description:
Responsive and Voids Overflow Framework Agreement

The contracting authority is seeking to enter into a 4-year framework agreement arrangement in respect of 10 lots dealing with responsive and void property maintenance in support of its direct labour operations and directly awarded contracts. Between 2 and 6 providers will be appointed onto each lot. Bidders may submit for multiple lots and works to be undertaken during the duration of the framework will be called off via direct award to the topped ranked bidder on the relevant lot.


1 RV Reactive Maintenance

Undertaking of responsive maintenance, void works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day and out of hours call-outs. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £10.4 million pounds. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


10RV Glazing

Undertaking of responsive glazing works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £400k. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


2RV Roofing Repairs

Undertaking of responsive roofing works including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £1.5 million pounds. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


3RV Decoration/Damp and Mould

Undertaking of responsive decoration and damp and mould works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £500k. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


4RV Drainage

Undertaking of responsive drainage works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day and out of hours call-outs. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £1.2 million pounds. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


5RV External Major Repairs

Undertaking of responsive external major repair maintenance works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £850k. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


6RV Disrepair

Undertaking of responsive disrepair works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £240k. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


7RV Electrical

Undertaking of responsive electrical works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £800k. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


8RV Scaffolding

Undertaking of responsive scaffolding works, including emergency works arising during the normal working day. The total lot value over the 4 year duration of the framework will be up to £2 million pounds. Further information are contained in the procurement documents.


9RV Environmental Services
