New Town Hall Dresden - Continuation of the complex renovation in MB III in 01067 Dresden, technical planning of technical equipment plant group 4 + 5 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 5 - 9, step-by-step commissioning

The state capital Dresden intends to renovate the complex in MB III of the new Dresden City Hall in 01067 Dresden.

Total cost framework (KG 200-700): currently approx. EUR 83,500,000.00 gross, construction costs (KG 440+450): approx. EUR 6,461,465.27 million gross

The client (client) intends to commission the service phases (Lph) 5 to 9 of the technical planning service in accordance with HOAI § 53 ff. in conjunction with Annex 15. The assignment takes place in stages. With the conclusion of the negotiation procedure, work phase 5 will be contractually commissioned for the time being. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal entitlement to further commissioning after the first service phases have been provided. Work phase 8 is expected to be completed in March 2030.
