For the modernization of the integration platform, Aventus is looking for a cooperation partner who can help us deal with management differently and, where possible, unburden us. However, at the same time we want to maintain maximum control over the links and be able to manage the coherence between the information and the systems ourselves.

The sought-after cooperation partner must provide an integration platform based on the iPaas principle and must transfer the existing integrations. After implementation, the partner must provide managed services on the integration platform.

We also expect our partner – if and insofar as desired – to develop new links and/or integrations or to support us and/or a hired third party in the Development of the links and/or integrations. After implementation, the partner must also provide managed services. In addition, we expect our partner to proactively think along and advise on various matters.

The size of the Assignment is expected to be € 850,000,-- including VAT for the total term of the Agreement, excluding the financial size of the links and/or integrations to be developed by the Contractor and the managed services to be provided on these links and/or integrations as well as the financial size of the possible managed services to be provided on links and/or integrations originating from third parties, for which no further estimate can be given because these will be taken as needed.
