New multifunctional building with fire station

The multifunctional house has a full basement and has two floors (ground floor and upper floor). this part of the building will be built in masonry construction with prestressed reinforced concrete ceilings.

Adjacent to the multifunctional house is the steel fire station. The building envelope (walls and ceilings) of the fire station is to be clad with sandwich elements.

Multifunctional house and fire station have a flat pitched monopitch roof.

Between the multifunctional building and the fire station, there is a single-storey connecting building in solid construction with a walkable flat roof.

Dimensions of the individual parts of the building:

Multifunctional house approx. 17m x 28m; Intermediate building approx. 5m x 12m; Fire station approx. 28m x 20m.
