The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the concept, design and decoration of marquees to Horse Racing Ireland & Subsidiaries. This includes but is not limited to meeting with relevant stakeholders, adherence to a brief, design of concept, decoration of marquees, on site management and post event de- brief. There may also be a requirement for concept, design and decoration of marquees services to other HRI Racecourses.
