1. The subject of the contract is: "Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Mokra Right - stage IV". As part of the project, reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant is planned, involving the construction of new facilities as well as the reconstruction, extension and renovation of some of the existing sewage treatment plant facilities. The sewage treatment plant is located in the town of Mokra Prawa in the commune Skierniewice, north-west of the city border of Skierniewice.

2. The awarding entity, pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL, requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities in the field of the contract: earthworks, assembly, general construction and installation.

1. The subject of the contract is: "Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Mokra Right - stage IV". As part of the project, reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant is planned, involving the construction of new facilities as well as the reconstruction, extension and renovation of some of the existing sewage treatment plant facilities. The sewage treatment plant is located in the town of Mokra Prawa in the commune Skierniewice, to the north-west of the city border of Skierniewice (hereinafter referred to as the WWI).

The sewage treatment plant is located in a fenced area of about 23.6 ha, on plots with registration numbers: 714/2, 714/3, 714/4, 714/5, 765/1, 765/2, 766/1, 766 / 2, 767/3, 767/4, 767/6, 767/7, 773/3, 773/4, 773/5, 777, 779, 314/3, 314/5. The treated sewage channel goes through plots 772 and 771. The outlet of purified sewage to the environment is located on plot 771. The plots are the property of ZWIK "Wod-Kan" Sp. z o. o

2. The planned undertaking will include, among others the following range:

1) administrative and technical building BAT (old) from the laboratory (existing building - reconstruction);

2) administrative and technical building BAT (new) (existing building - renovation of internal installations);

3) BBT office and technical building (new building - planned);

4) BW / BBTII workshop building (BW existing building - reconstruction, BBTII new building - planned);

5) BM warehouse building (existing building - reconstruction);

6) Garage for cars and GR equipment (new building - planned);

7) storage sheds for GO technical equipment (new - planned);

8) carports for technical cars and WT equipment (new facility - planned);

9) carport roofing UMO WT-UMO, KO bypass channel, St1-St5 wells, chambers K-6, K-7, K-8, ZP measuring vent, cascade sewage outlet and descent to the KWS river (existing buildings - reconstruction) ;

10) Sheds - roofing for passenger cars and brigade cars, and WS power generators (new - planned);

11) pumping station of non-concentrated POWN (existing building - reconstruction);

12) initial settling tank OW (existing building - reconstruction);

13) PRNW recirculated, excessive and preliminary sludge pumping station (existing building - reconstruction);

14) BPC heat pump building with installations;

15) SZCZD sewage catchment station (existing building - replacement of installations and equipment);

16) a network with a well with a hydrophore and technological installations;

17) external water supply (cold water) network;

18) sanitary and rainwater sewage system;

19) pre-insulated heating network;

20) fence - entry gate No. 2 (existing building - reconstruction);

21) external lighting (existing installation - reconstruction);

22) cable routes and surge protection;

23) control and measurement equipment and automation (AKPiA);

24) internal roads.

When choosing the most advantageous bid, the contracting authority will apply the following criteria:

a) criterion ,, gross price of the offer ”(C) - weight 60%;

b) criterion "period of guarantee for construction works" (Og) - weight 40%.

Note: The orderer specifies:

- minimum guarantee period for construction works: 36 months,

- the maximum period for granting a guarantee for construction works: 60 months, except for the guarantee for devices and equipment.

The Employer requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for equipment and devices supplied and / or installed by the Contractor for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report.

The Contractor shall provide a warranty for equipment and devices under the terms of the warranty granted by the manufacturers of individual devices.
