Description:

NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative is seeking to appoint providers to a Framework Agreement for the provision of a range of Healthcare Consultancy Services for use by the NHS and other eligible bodies.

Healthcare Leadership, Governance and Related Services

Specialist consultancy and advisory services related to the provision of support for the leadership and management of healthcare organizations, including matters of corporate/organisational governance and strategy.

The below-listed Authorities (plus those entities listed at Section II.2.11 and Section VI.3) are eligible to access the resulting framework – subject to NOE CPC approval.

Specialist Consultancy and advisory services related to the operational delivery, development and, transformation of services provided by healthcare organisations, including matters of business/service improvement and performance.

Healthcare Information and ICT/Systems Related Services

Specialist consultancy and advisory services related to the use of data and information used within the healthcare system, including the review, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities/systems associated with the delivery of healthcare services,

This includes the provision of services associated with the analysis of data and information for reporting purposes to aid decision making

Healthcare Innovation, Research, and Related Services

Specialist consultancy and advisory services related to innovation and R&D within the healthcare system, including product and service innovation/management.

Healthcare Finance, Commercial and Related Services

Specialist consultancy and advisory services related to financial and commercial management activities within healthcare organisations.

Multi-Disciplinary Healthcare Consultancy and Advisory Services

Multi-disciplinary healthcare consultancy and advisory services, covering the supply of a broad range of consultancy and advisory services where the scope of the requirement covers at least 2 or more of the specialist areas covered in Lots 1-5, and/or any other consultancy/advisory related services.

This Lot would be used where the scope of the work involved was particularly wide-ranging and broad in its nature such that the scope of service required was not able to be procured under any one of the specialist Lots1-5
