Magenta Living uses a combination of solutions to manage waste and are looking to procure a range of Contracts to deliver waste management solutions that reduce waste to landfill, provide opportunities for recycling as much as possible those items that are capable of re-use/ recycling, and where possible to redistribute goods capable of reuse/ recycling locally with a priority for homeless/ disadvantaged people/ including Magenta Living tenants in need.

The disposal of a combination of waste materials from void properties and fly tipping at waste disposal facility/facilities;
