The municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid is building a fire brigade equipment shed for the operations department of the volunteer fire brigade. The fire brigade will be equipped with a fire station with eight parking spaces for the emergency vehicles as well as the necessary functional areas, such as storage areas, workshops, training rooms, changing rooms and administrative rooms. The waterworks will also be rebuilt with a garage for six flatbed trucks in addition to the necessary workshops, storage areas, social and office space and outdoor storage areas.

The tender includes the locksmith work.

These are the following masses:

-3 stair railings in different designs, total approx. 25 m

- 1 piece vertical ladder with back protection and approx. 12.5 m fall protection on a gallery

- 2 fixed vertical ladders as attic crossings

- 3 façade lettering and 1 façade logo
