The subject of the order is the design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization/reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station at Przechodnia Street in Skierniewicy, in industries:

— construction-construction with landscaping,

- technological,

— electrical with automation.

According to the requirements of the functional-utility program hereinafter referred to as [PFU]. The Contracting Authority, acting under Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, requires employment under the contract of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons carrying out activities related to the execution of the object of the contract, the implementation of which consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 §1 Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code. The Contracting Authority shall determine the employment requirement on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons carrying out activities related to the performance of construction works in the field of earthworks, assembly, general construction and installation works.

The subject of this order is the design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization/reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station at Przechodnia Street in Skierniewice, in the industries: — construction and construction together with landscaping, — technological, — electrical together with automation, according to the requirements of the PFU. The execution of the item of the order will consist of:

1) the development of complete design documentation for the modernization/reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station, including:

— obtaining data and starting materials for design (including land registry discharge) by the Contractor,

— drawing up by the Contractor of any design development required for the implementation of investments in the scope and form defined by the applicable rules and the provisions of the Functional-Utility Programme (hereinafter the PFU),

— obtaining by the Contractor all required conditions, assurances, permits and administrative decisions from external institutions and the execution of any arrangements related to the implementation of the design documentation,

— obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority a final decision on the building permit. Note: The map for design purposes and the decision of the public purpose the Contracting Authority shall obtain in its own right and transmit to the Contractor;

2) Comprehensive execution of construction works, including modernision/reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station together with necessary technological facilities, including, among others:

— obtaining by the Contractor all required consents, permits and administrative decisions from external institutions and the execution of all arrangements related to the implementation of construction works,

— the introduction of a temporary traffic organisation, the marking and securing of the construction site and keeping it in a proper state until the date of final receipt,

— the performance by the Contractor of preparatory, demolition, earth, technological and assembly works related to the modernisation/reconstruction of wastewater pumping stations,

— recreation by the Contractor of the infringed construction of existing road lane pavements in accordance with the conditions of the road manager to the status of the so-called “passability” in accordance with paragraphs 2.3.19 and 4.1.4. PFU,

— ensuring geodetic and geotechnical service during the investment,

— keeping the construction records in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party,

— carrying out all necessary tests, tests and inspections in the course of the construction works and during the carrying out of reception operations,

— the fulfillment of copyright supervision during the implementation of construction works,

— the development and transfer of receipt documentation to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority,

— provide the Contracting Authority with the documents necessary to notify the competent authority of completion of construction works or to obtain a decision authorising use from the competent construction supervisory authorities.

In the framework of this order, the Contractor shall be able to modernize the existing Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station at Przechodnia Street in Skierniewice, together with the necessary facilities and technical and technological equipment in the scope of:

— presented in the PFU and in accordance with the detailed Technical Conditions for the Modernization of the Wastewater Pumping Station (Annex No 3 to the PFU Information Part),

— taking into account the initial location of the devices presented in the initial concept of the Contracting Authority (Annex 5 to the information part of the PFU),

— and according to the following general scope of works:

1) Settler well with a duct valve;

2) Sewage pumping station;

3) Electrical installations and ACPIA;

4) The chamber of the grooving and the flow meter;

5) The pressing pipeline;

6) The drain duct;

7) Gravitational sanitary channel;

8) The landscaping of the pumping station;

9) Recreation of the road lane surface.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex No 1 to the SWZ — Functional-utility program (PFU) “Modernization/reconstruction of the Sewage Pumping Station at Przechodnia Street in Skierniewicy.”
