Service and maintenance of a centralised operational control system and automation for the Hospital Østfold's locations.

The following works are included in the service/control assignment:

— The updating of Software.

— Maintenance and inspection of systems.

— Function tests in connection with security (fire-proofing, frost protection).

— Testing start-up sequences and inspections of compression ratios for pressurized rooms and clean rooms.

— Inspection of communication systems.

— Annual calibration of temperature sensors for refrigerators and freezer for the blood bank, laboratory medicine, Hospital pharmacies, nuclear medicine.

— A guard agreement will be included in the service agreement.

— Establishment, including providing operating data.

— eService for the following modules:

o Building Analytics,

o Plant visitations,

o Periodical inspections,

o Telephone support,

o Guard agreement,

— Plant visitations,

— Telephone support,

— Reporting,

— Training.
