Supply of ground maintenance services WHG was seeking to appoint a single Contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services to communal areas which are situated around high/low rise and Bungalow schemes.

The proposed scope of the Grounds Maintenance comprised of:

— grass,

— shrubs,

—hedges,

— flower and rosebeds,

— hard surfaces,

— litter picking and other activities generally associated with landscaping/grounds maintenance. Some demolition sites exist and a list of existing exisiting Japanese Knotweed sites are included in documentation. Removal of bulk rubbish and fly tipping will not form part of the scope of the works for this contract. The provision of an “on demand” out of hours service will also be required

The fixed term Contract will commence on or around the 01.04.19 for an initial period of 3 (three) years. The contract will be extendable up to a maximum of 3 (three) years by one or more extensions of whatever period(s) WHG specifies subject to satisfactory performance by the provider. For example: 2 + 1. The total contract term will not exceed 6 years.
