The subject of the contract is ,, Construction of the sanitary sewage system in ul. Trzcińska in Skierniewice ".
Purchaser, pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL, requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities in the field of the contract: earthworks, assembly, general construction and installation.
The subject of the contract is ,, Construction of the sanitary sewage system in ul. Trzcińska in Skierniewice "with a total length of about 648.65 m, including:
- sanitary channel made of DN200 mm SN8 "solid" PVC pipes with elongated bellows, connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring, approx. 279.60 m long, including approx. 76.0 m, trenchless in a protective pipe without damaging the structure roadway ul. Sz. farthing,
- sanitary duct made of PVC pipes DN250 mm SN8 "solid" with elongated cups, connected with rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring, length of 197.05 m,
- departing to the property limits and switching existing connections from PVC DN160 mm SN8 pipes "solid" with elongated bellows, connected with rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring - in the number of 30, with a total length of approx. 146.4 m,
- departure to the border of the property and switching of the existing connection of DN200 mm SN8 "solid" PVC pipes with elongated bellows, connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring - 1 item, approx. 25.60 m long,
- revision wells DN 1200 mm made of concrete rings connected with rubber gaskets as completely airtight with a prefabricated kinetis protected with anti-corrosion epoxy resin coating, tight transitions and gaps in PE cover, placed on a concrete foundation - 15 pcs.
- plastic inspection chamber DN425 mm at the sewage connection - 1 item,
- restoration of the road surface - approx. 3,195 m
- height adjustment of the tops of the existing underground infrastructure to the ordinates of the restored pavement.
The Contractor shall make the subject of the order from its own materials, with the exception of sewer manholes with the ZWiK "Wod-Kan" logo, which will be provided by the Employer and which the Contractor should collect from the seat of the Employer.
In the event of such necessity, the Contractor should adjust the height of the finials of the existing underground infrastructure to the ordinates of the reconstructed pavement.
Before commencing the works, the Contractor should develop and agree with the Road Administrator a project of temporary organization of road traffic for the duration of the works.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
When choosing the most advantageous bid, the contracting authority will apply the following criteria:
a) criterion ,, gross price of the offer ”(C) - weight 60%,
b) the criterion of "warranty period" (Og) - weight 40%.
Attention:
The awarding entity shall specify:
- minimum guarantee period: 36 months, maximum period: 60 months.
