The object of the order is: the execution of construction works consisting in the complex execution of the embankment in the framework of task number 91553 — “Construction of the Polish Army Museum in Ossa”.

In the following scope:
- Main embankment and within masts according to the design documentation, STWiOR
and object: replacement of the land under the embankment, stabilization with cement of native soil, substructure, formation and compaction of the embankment;
- Roads according to the design documentation, STWiOR and subject matter: substructure, curbs, dehydration of road surface, prefabricated masonry;
- Greenery according to design documentation, STWiOR and subject matter: lawns, care
during the warranty period;
- Electrical works according to the design documentation, STWiOR and subject matter: external lighting, external supply installation, pipe heating installation, measurements, post-built design, maintenance training;
Sanitation works according to design documentation, STWiOR and subject matter: rain sewer.
Detailed description of the order:
On the contractor's side of the works:
- the provision of manpower, materials and equipment enabling the proper execution of the task,
- the provision of technical staff with relevant powers in the industry concerned,
- surveying service,
- bearing capacity tests of the substrate,
- operation of the road laboratory,
- facilities, construction offices, export of liquid impurities, toilet cabins, waste disposal (rubbish),
- disposal of the land when performing the replacement of the land under the embankment,
- the provision of drainage at the replacement of the ground,
- ensuring adequate humidity of the built-in sand (water on the side of the embankment contractor)
- the execution and maintenance of the technological roads necessary for the proper execution of the work,
- responsibility for maintaining the slopes during the conduct of the works,
- current monitoring of embankment subsidence,
- post-built documentation.
In the price of the offer, the Contractor shall take into account all costs associated with the execution of the contract.
A detailed description of the object of the contract shall be determined by the documentation (objects of works, design documentation and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works) constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
