Electrical and Mechanical maintenance (E and W maintenance)

Carrying out maintenance work for the E-installations (lot 1) and W-installations (lot 2) in the buildings of De Leijgraaf. This concerns the complete maintenance in order to permanently comply with laws and regulations.

The intention is to award directly to the maintenance party for installation work under EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT).

Lot 1: E-maintenance

The activities are spread over three educational locations of De Leijgraaf. The total covers approximately 28 104 m2 gross floor area (GFA).
