Short-term, Temporary Supported Housing for Single Homeless Clients in Roker, Sunderland. Sunderland City Council is currently in the process of acquiring a property which will require an intensive housing support service. Please refer to the service specification for full details of the required services.
Support Services (Male Clients) required for a property consisting of: i. 7 self-contained bedrooms, each with a bed, bathing facilities and W.C. ii. Communal space for group work and socialising iii. Communal kitchen area, each client to receive an allocated storage space iv. Office space v. 24/7 accessible accommodation
