Planning of kitchen installation as part of the modernization of the dentist's house
It is intended to modernize the administrative building of the KZBV, Universitätsstraße 73 in 50193 Cologne. The planned measures include
- a functional revitalization of the utilization structure (transfer of the kitchen from the 4th floor to the ground floor and conversion of the vacant space as offices),
- upgrading and optimizing office space,
- modernization of the meeting room as a central meeting area with a mobile partition wall system,
- Installation of air conditioning and possibly ventilation technology in the entire building, possibly dismantling of existing refrigeration technology in some areas,
- reviewing and, if necessary, modernizing the existing building services (heating, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration),
- modernization of sanitary facilities,
- approval of a uniform fire protection concept for the entire building,
- Building physics examination of the building stock as a basis for further planning (heat protection, sound insulation, room acoustics),
- optimization of basement rooms,
- renewal of the cooling equipment and storerooms in the cellar belonging to the company kitchen,
- In phases 1-4, the entire building should be planned,
- The preliminary design (performance phase 2) with the cost estimate according to DIN 276 required as a basic service is to be provided by the end of March 2020, as the technical committees of the KZBV will make further decisions in April,
- Implementation from service phase 5 on a construction phase basis, probably during operation.
The subject of the service is the planning of a kitchen installation within the meaning of Annex 15.2 to the HOAI. The existing kitchen is operated as a full kitchen, in everyday life around 40 to 50 meals are prepared every day. For larger events about 150 meals are served about twice a year.
The preparation of the new planning for the kitchen in the premises on the ground floor as well as the associated storage and cooling rooms in the basement covers the technical requirements and the work procedures as well as the occupational safety and hygiene regulations. It also includes the planning of all equipment required for the operation, as well as the coordination and handover of the planning to the other persons involved in the planning.
In addition to the planning services in the service phases 1 to 9 gem. §§ 53 ff. HOAI are to provide further special services. This includes an inventory of the plant technology in the building as well as the graphic representation and the recalculation of existing plants and plant components. If the applicant considers further special services to be necessary, they must be included in the offer and offered.
The commissioning of the planning services takes place gradually, in the first stage for the service phases 1 to 3, that is, until the preparation of the design template as a basis for the necessary committees decisions of the client. The commissioning of the further service phases takes place in dependence of these committee decisions. There is no legal claim to the commissioning of further service phases according to HOAI.
