This is a competition to establish a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework of vehicle leasing companies and vehicle manufacturers to supply Passenger and Commercial Vehicles to NHS Fleet Solutions (a division within the Authority).

The Authority intends to establish two lots under this Framework:

Lot 1 - Lease of Passenger and Commercial Vehicles

Lot 2 – Supply of Passenger and Commercial Vehicles

The Authority may award Call-Off Contracts to Lot 1 Suppliers under the Framework Agreement as further described in these ITT Instructions and in Schedule 7 of the Draft Framework Agreement.
