Delivery of coal power with transport for the Plant of Thermal Energetyki in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. In an amount of 15400 Mg.

The subject matter of this contract is the delivery with weighing and unloading of the energy mass in quantity: 16 000 Mg. to the Plant of Energetyki Cieplna Sp. z o.o. in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Przemysłowa Street 1.The delivery should be carried out by car transport.

1) delivery of the had in quantity: 16 000 Mg will be carried out according to the following schedule:

2) maximum daily delivery: 500 Mg for motor transport in hours: 700 — 1400; 2000 Mg for rail transport by car in hours: 700 to 2000

3) Energy Mate sortyment required with parameters: It had carbon type 31,1 or 32,1;

(a) grain dimension - up to 30 mm:

including 0-3 mm — max 30%;

above 20 mm - max 5%

(b) calorific value — above 22.000 kJ/kg;

(c) the ash content in working state — max 20%;

(d) sulphur content — max 0,6%;

(e) total moisture content - max 15%;

f) sintering capacity — RI 0-25;

g) the content of volatile parts — 28 -35%;

(h) sintering temperature above 970°C;

(i) a softening temperature minimum of —1200°C;

(j) slag melting temperature above 1320°C;

(k) the flow temperature above 1360 °C;

l) must not contain admixtures, e.g. silt, stones and flue

4) Had energy should be free of impurities in the form of stone, scrap and admixture of mules, slate and naplar. The Contracting Authority shall have the right to request a certificate from the Contractor in any time supply of the power plant authorised for the quality control (quality certificate, certificate or test results of the sample) stating that the energy supplied corresponds to the parameters set out above. The Contractor shall, upon each request of the Contracting Authority, be obliged to present the certificate referred to in the sentence above without delay.

5) Each time, the costs of transport and unloading of the coal holding shall be charged to the Contractor.

6) Supplied had (along with a quality certificate), could come from mines and not from reworking plants.
