FRONTEX is looking for a reliable, experienced real estate project management partner that can support FRONTEX facility management during all phases of real estate projects and have the ability to guide FRONTEX through real estate design and build projects in an integrated, end-to-end manner and within the established timelines, budgets, and quality agreements. The contractor will help FRONTEX respond to changing factors such as legislation, external events, crisis, trends, etc. that require an adaptation to the FRONTEX properties. Also, FRONTEX would like to be able to better respond to internal business requests or queries by having access to expert advisory services in the area of commercial office project and cost management and design.

This procurement procedure aims to conclude a framework contract for provision of real estate project management and design services. The contract shall allow FRONTEX to obtain the services in the following areas: preparatory activities, architectural concept design, procurement support, and construction support/oversight activities. The key staff shall include: project manager, cost manager and architect.
