This consultation concerns the conclusion of a single-contractor framework agreement on the selection of a service provider who will be in charge of the production of the France Pavilion at European and international tourism fairs on behalf of the contracting authority.

The France Pavilion aims to promote France as a destination while allowing partners and exhibitors participating in the show on the France Pavilion to establish commercial exchanges.

The Pavilion is designed to be transposable and adaptable according to the surface area rented by Atout France, the number of partners and exhibitors at each of the shows.

As the contract is renewable, the contractor may be required to provide the same services for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027.

the contract is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 3,200,000.00 excl. VAT calculated over the maximum duration of the contract, taking into account any renewal periods.
