The target audience is the employees. Products are also used for promotion by the company worldwide. The contract is offered as a framework agreement. It varies from year to year whether there is the greatest sales to employees or the company (in number of invoices). A minimum of approximately 1000 orders for employees should be expected per year. Employee purchases are of less value.
The supplier shall own and operate a webshop in which is traded. The supplier also handles inventory management, purchasing and loading goods, shipping and everything related to the sale of products.
The vendor receives payment for goods when they are translated on the webshop.
Ørsted is eligible to sell 3rd party products on the webshop, which the supplier must handle on the same terms as when selling its own products.
The vendor must provide advice and service related to sales via webshop, and by direct sales to departments. The value of the contract is including the option period.
