Preparation of a pollutant report in the context of the modernization of the dentists 'house (Universitätsstr 73, 50931 Cologne) for the Dentists' Association (KZBV).
Preparation of a pollutant report in the context of the modernization of the dentist's house. The service includes a pollutant investigation and analysis, the written evaluation of the results including the presentation in table and floor plans as well as the presentation and explanation of the results.
It is intended to subject the administration building of the Federal Dentists' Association, Universitätsstraße 73 in 50193 Cologne, to a basic analysis of harmful substances.
The object to be examined is a five-storey administration building with a basement, built in 1954, a one-storey extension for a boardroom (built in 1970) and another, five-story annex with a basement from 1983.
The component from the 50s was built as a mixed construction. The outer walls are predominantly designed as reinforced concrete skeleton construction, the gable and middle walls are made of masonry. The ceilings are reinforced concrete ceilings, partly made of coffered ceilings. The back part of the building (meeting room) was made as an elevated steel construction with connection to the 1st floor.
The part of the building from the 80s is designed as reinforced concrete skeleton construction, partitions (new building and old building) partly in dry construction partly from masonry. As part of the new building, the façade of the 1950s building was fitted with an aluminum curtain wall in the 1980s.
The gross floor area is around 4,280 m
In the course of a renovation on the 4th floor, an asbestos removal was already carried out in the year 2000, as during the construction work Promasbestplatten were uncovered. It is not clear from the documents whether the Promasbestverkleidung was actually completely removed, or only the damaged material.
