Westminster City Council (“the Authority”) has appointed nine strategic partners on to its Digital Partner Framework. The strategic partners will help deliver the Authorities digital roadmap, support strategic outcomes delivery and episodic provision of resources to meet the council's requirements.
The framework comprises of 7 lots ;

Lot 2 - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Lot 3 - User Centred Design and Digital
Lot 4 - Web technologies (Drupal) specialist
Lot 5 - Application Development and Integration
Lot 6 - Cyber Security
Lot 7 - General covering lots 1-6 open only to Large Scale Enterprise's (Lot 1-6 SME's only)
Provision of Smartcity technologies, resource capabilities and the delivery of Smartcity technologies solutions. Ad hoc provision of resources to augment existing council team.
Provision of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities, developers, CRM consultants and other CRM related products, resources and outcomes.
Provision of Service Design and User Research specialists to work with the teams responsible for delivering services to define the problems (engaging fully with users) before moving to solutions.
Provision of website design capabilities, digital delivery capabilities in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) digital by default service standards. Provision of dev-ops capabilities, drupal developers, service designers, UX developers and designers. Provision of end to end user journeys, accessibility testing and support.
Provision of integration of systems with CRM and other relevant systems to read and update key information. There is also a need to be able to create new applications to support emerging business requirements or strategic capabilities.
The provision of cyber security capabilities, vulnerability detection and testing, penetration testing and adoption of NCSC standards.
Data protection, data management and information security capabilities, management and consultancies.
Provision of consultancy services, software development, service design, ICT project and programme management, information security capabilities, IT networking, software development and optimisation; EUC, dev-ops, UX, third party integration provider.
