The subject of this tender are the services required by the contractor to carry out the 2021/2022, 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 survey of cost and supply structure data in contract dental practices, which are provided in a project outline with information on the planned survey content, methodological procedure, infrastructure and the schedule are to be presented.
In contract dental care, the contracting parties to the overall contract agree on changes in total remuneration in accordance with Section 85 (3) SGB V, taking into account the cost and supply structure and the working hours required for contract dental work.
The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists (KZBV) introduced and with commissioned an external and independent institution to carry out the survey.
The main purpose of the panel is the generation of statistically reliable and demonstrably objective data bases that are suitable to enable the factually appropriate updating of the BEMA point values as price components of the total remuneration for contract dental services in accordance with the requirements of Section 85 (3) SGB V. Since remuneration negotiations take place both at the KZV state level and at the federal level, the data bases can also be evaluated in a regionally differentiated manner using inference statistics. The 2020 survey is now in its third year. A continuation for another 3 years was decided.
