The subject of the order is: “Modernization of the Water Treatment Station (SUW) in Skierniewice at 22/24 Waryński Street”.
The project envisaged the construction, reconstruction, demolition, expansion and renovation of buildings, facilities and installations for water treatment technology at the existing Water Treatment Station at 22/24 Waryński Street in Skierniewice.
The Contracting Authority shall, acting under Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, require employment under the contract of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons carrying out activities related to the execution of the object of the contract whose implementation consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 §1 Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, 1043 and 1495).
The Contracting Authority shall determine the employment requirement on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons carrying out activities related to the performance of construction works in the scope of: earthworks, assembly, general construction and installation works.
The subject of the order is: “Modernization of the Water Treatment Station (SUW) in Skierniewice at 22/24 Waryński Street”. The scope of work for the performance of the object of the contract includes construction, reconstruction, demolition, extension and repair of buildings, facilities and installations for water treatment technology at the existing Water Treatment Station at 22/24 Waryński Street in Skierniewice, including:
I. Existing water treatment station facilities covered by the contract:
1. Water Treatment Station Building (SUW) — Redevelopment, expansion, renovation and thermomodernization of the existing SUW building is envisaged. The building will not change its primary function, it is envisaged to organize and reorganize social facilities and adapt to changes in water treatment technology;
2. Water storage tanks — reservoirs together with the gate chambers are envisaged for reconstruction and overhaul of the whole building, consisting of: making new slopes around the reservoirs with new stairs, photo of the escarpment to the level of the site on the west side, making of bands around the walls tanks, ventilation of the walls and ceiling of the reservoir, installation of photovoltaic panels on the ceilings of insulated tanks, implementation of new ventilation of tanks V=1000 m
3. Wash water dispenser — in connection with the adaptation of the existing decay, clean the tank by hydroblasting, external insulation, reveal, if necessary, reconstruct the intake chambers and perform new covering, mount a new covering of the laminate polyester-glass.
4. sedimentary polletka — demolition of the existing sedimentary.
5. technological chambers — existing chambers are provided for demolition.
6. Outlet to River 43 — the outlet is designed to be refurbished and recreated in its original shape in reinforced concrete construction.
7. Outlet to river no 43a — the unused existing stormwater outlet into the band ditch 43a should be excluded from service and dismantled.
III. Designed water treatment station facilities covered by the contract
8. New generator — note. The order range includes the delivery and installation of only one of the two designed generators and the construction of one aggregate station.
9. Container of protection — the container building must be made. In the protection container, you must construct a computer station with a preview of the current image of the SUW terrain.
10. Dechloration chamber — designed in the form of a perpendicular reinforced concrete monolithic sealed tank.
11. Sanitary and technological wastewater pumping station — pumping station is made of polymerconcrete Dw = 2,000 mm as completely sealed.
12. Solid waste collection site — garbage arbor must be made.

Criteria for evaluation of bids
(a) the criterion 'gross price' (C) — weight 60%;
(b) guarantee period criterion (Og) — weight 40%.
Attention:
The Ordering Authority shall specify
- minimum guarantee period for construction works: 36 months,
— maximum construction guarantee period: 60 months.
From the date of signing the final receipt protocol of the contract object
• The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor shall grant a guarantee on equipment and equipment supplied and/or mounted by the Contractor for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of signing the final receipt protocol of the object of the contract.
• The Contractor shall guarantee equipment and equipment under the terms of the warranty provided by the manufacturers of the individual equipment.
