With the present open award procedure, the clients Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing GmbH, Barmherzige Brüder gemeinnützige Krankenhaus GmbH and Evangelische Krankenhaus Regensburg gGmbH from the hospital network of the Barmherzige Brüder intend to procure mobile workplaces.
Clients are already using mobile workstations in their hospitals. With this tender, an expansion of the existing mobile workplaces is to take place. The extension must be able to be integrated into the existing IT infrastructure and management systems.
Within the scope of this tender, the clients are looking for a uniform contractor who offers the required mobile workstations, as well as maintains and maintains them if necessary.
The present award procedure is carried out jointly by the clients Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing GmbH, Barmherzige Brüder gemeinnützige Krankenhaus GmbH and Evangelische Krankenhaus Regensburg gGmbH.
With this invitation to tender, the contracting entities each pursue the goal of concluding their own framework agreement with a single contractor for the supply of mobile workstations. Each client concludes its own framework agreement with the same contractor and is entitled to individual retrieval from its own framework agreement (cf. § 21 para. 2, 3 VgV).
The evaluation of the offers is carried out by an evaluation committee, which is formed by technical and medical employees of the clients.
The minimum requirements for mobile workstations and other specifications are listed in the service description under Section 2 "Requirements for the object of performance" in conjunction with the criteria catalogue. Various mandatory or evaluation criteria must be taken into account by the provider, e.g. in the areas of wagons (chassis), mobility requirements, modular design, workplace, hygiene, monitor, PC (all-in-one), energy management and service.
