The object of the order is: the execution of construction works consisting in the complex execution of the facade, roofing and external window and door joinery as part of the task number 91553 — “Construction of the Polish Army Museum in Ossoów.
Scope: Construction work consisting of facade, interior and exterior locksmith, roof covering, wall and ceiling cladding, corten slab facade cladding and lower and upper terraces elements according to the design documentation, STWiOR and object.

Detailed description of the order:
1) Unit prices must include all costs for the Contractor to perform work not directly resulting from the design documentation but necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the contract.
2) Unit pricing must include all costs for the operation of scaffolding and landings.
3) Unit prices must include all costs of vertical and horizontal transport (cranes, wheeled cranes, jacks, winches, sliders),
4) The Contractor is obliged to make measurements before the start of production of the facade elements
by nature on the construction site,
5) Surveying support on the Contractor's side,
6) The Contractor has a duty to ensure constant supervision of persons with building powers,
7) Organization of constituent squares on the Contractor's side,
8. Mockups according to Annex No 1 — made in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority (as the target embedded element, included in unit prices),
9) Construction facilities i.e. social containers, office containers on the Contractor's side. Costs of participation in fixed construction costs i.e. the consumption of water, electricity — 0.5% of gross remuneration.
10) Discharge (export) of sewage from sealed tanks — on the Contractor's side,
11) Exports and disposal of solid construction and residual waste generated during implementation - on the Contractor's side,
12. The Contractor declares that he has been informed by the Contracting Authority that any Works and other work consisting of the subject of the Agreement will be performed simultaneously (in parallel) with other construction works performed by other contractors under the Investment. To the above extent, the Contractor undertakes to carry out all works and works in such a way as not to impede and/or prevent the performance of works by contractors.
In the price of the offer, the Contractor shall take into account all costs associated with the execution of the contract.
A detailed description of the object of the contract shall be determined by the documentation (objects of works, design documentation and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works) constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
