Award of the service contract which includes the following activities:

the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the physical components (stelae, columns, bicycles) necessary to ensure the full functionality of the bike sharing system;

the costs of the related utilities

bicycle rebalancing service, necessary to allow users the constant possibility of carrying out pick-up and delivery operations in the desired places and times;

the issuance, sale and management of access tickets to the service, including the provision of smart cards and their activation;

management of transactions deriving from any sales of securities made;

connectivity expenses

use of APP for access to the service and purchase of travel tickets by the user

"revamping" of n. 3 bike sharing stations, currently deactivated with the possibility of recharging electric bikes

supply of n. 4 pedal assisted cargo bikes
