Description:

The purpose of this consultation is to select a service provider responsible for setting up communication and advisory services for the development and tourism promotion of the "Islands of Guadeloupe" destination for Canada.

Representation and dynamisation of the destination Guadeloupe Islands on the Canadian market, so that the tourist activity contributes to the economic development of the destination

Implementation of a strategic plan for development and tourism promotion of the Guadeloupe Islands on the Canadian market development and management of a marketing plan, market analysis, training, development of travel itineraries in the Islands of Guadeloupe and budget monitoring, as well as all actions favoring the use of the Guadeloupe Islands by Canadian tourists. Development of the annual action plan, composed of B2B and B2C promotion actions or press: update, drafting and layout; design and implementation of advertising campaigns for the Islands of Guadeloupe including the creation of the message, relationships with suppliers and partners, shopping mix media space, measurement of qualitative and quantitative returns; management and control of promotional actions on Canada, including event management and logistics, budget tracking participation and planning of promotional tours for travel counselors; solicitation and participation in the sales seminars of the networks of the destination; promotion and support to agencies or TOs to program and sell trips in the Islands of Guadeloupe; organization and accompaniment of the educations. budget tracking and monthly activity report. A performance analysis report (a return on investment for each mission) will have to be made every six months. This analysis should include the qualitative and quantitative elements of the actions undertaken (number of pax completed, number of partnerships, financial gain, etc.).

Promoting and invigorating the Guadeloupe Islands destination with TOs and travel agencies and travel agent networks in the Canadian market
