For the reactivation of the non-federally owned railway line Staudenbahn, section north, the following planning services are required:
- Object planning traffic facilities according to § 45 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 4 and optionally LPH 5 to 8
- Object planning of engineering structures according to § 41 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 4 and optionally LPH 5 to 8
- Structural design according to § 43 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 4 and optionally LPH 5 to 6

For the reactivation of the non-federally owned railway line Staudenbahn, section north, the following planning services are required:
- Technical equipment control and safety technology, telecommunications with 50 HZ. according to § 53 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 4 and optionally LPH 5 to 8
- Technical equipment level crossings according to § 53 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 4 and optionally LPH 5 to 8
