Provision of a Nutritional Supply Service both in secondary/tertiary care and and/or community environment

(home delivery service). There will be requirement to support the contract throughout through the provision of nursing and/or dietetic and/or support staff to provide a complete service.

Also included is the provision of enteral feeds, inlcuding (but not exclusive to) tube feeds, sip feeds and

supplements for both adult and paediatric patients and supply and maintenance of pumps.

Agreement to be awarded for 5 years with option to extend for 2 x 12 month periods.
