Kristiansund Kommune c/o Property Operations, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for services as a Turnkey Contractor in connection with the renovation of a building in Politimeser Bendixens gt. 39 and 41 in Kristiansund.

The renovation of 2 buildings for sheltered accommodations, with base units in both buildings. Partly furnishing of the basements in both buildings. The establishment of a new access via detached open-air galleries, stairs and lift shafts.

The project also includes the up-grading of outdoor facilities.

Construction time shall be entered in the associated goods line in Mercell (under products).

Due to technical program details, it is noted in Mercell that price is the only evaluation criteria.
