Legal Engineering- Legal analysis of condominiums;
- Legal analysis of project set-up;
- Hypotheses of legal arrangements and financing for projects;
- Expertise in regulatory and urban planning (securing procedures) of condominium projects;
- Drafting of various technical notes (including tax notes) during the progress of arrangements on legal and regulatory issues (including validation of hypotheses made by studies carried out by third parties);
- Drafting of various legal documents (resolutions, drafting of articles of work, writing of co-ownership regulations, impact of recent laws,...).
