The central emergency department (CNA) of the Catholic Mary's Hospital is at the border of care with the spatial structures. With the funding measure “Conversion and expansion of the ZNA”, the spatial restructuring and structural expansion of the ZNA will be implemented at the site in building 1. For the extension, new structural cubature will be created in the inner courtyard of level E00. The measure will take place in existing buildings during ongoing operation. The implementation must take place in several construction phases. Construction site logistics will be very demanding. The funding application has been submitted and approval is expected in parallel with this process. The building application has been submitted and the building permit is expected until the award procedure is completed. The total investment costs amount to approximately EUR 8 million gross.
The object of the procurement is the services of general planning (GP) from and including the performance phase 5 - execution planning - of the HOAI. An essential component is the construction planning services for buildings and outdoor installations as well as specialist planning of structural engineering and technical equipment with all plant groups. Other components include consulting services for building physics and engineering surveying. The assignment is subject to the expected release of the funding and the granting of the building permit. The assignment is carried out in stages, in line with the HOAI's service phases with the intention to commission all services. There is no entitlement to further commission.
