The contract to be awarded is to fill in the demand for OP manpower on request for ROC de Leijgraaf and ROC Ter AA. This includes: teachers, instructors, trainers / supervisors. The use of invigilators is not part of the scope of this assignment.
This tender proceeds in two lots:
Lot 1:
- teaching staff on a temporary or secondment basis for which a temporary employment collective agreement applies, leading to a framework agreement with a maximum of three Contractors,
Lot 2:
- teaching staff on a secondment basis for which no agency work collective labor agreement applies, leading to a framework agreement with a maximum of three Contractors.

In 2019, ROC Ter AA spent approximately EUR 146,000, excluding VAT, on hiring OP employees. In 2019, ROC de Leijgraaf spent approximately EUR 1 400 000, excluding VAT, on hiring OP employees.
