The framework agreement includes contractor services connected to the following assignments: carpentry and joinery assignments, masonry, painting assignments, flashing and guttering, roofing and passive fire prevention. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for such contractor services both outdoors and indoors. The framework agreement includes services related to the renovation, maintenance, rehabilitation, modernisation, improving and minor new installations, including accrued materials for the contracting authority's activities. The size of the individual assignments must be able to vary from very small assignments to assignments above the national threshold value. Nittedal Municipality will participate in the contract. Lillestrøm Municipality will administer the contract on behalf of Nittedal Municipality.
